When using the website, the user is invited to fill in six types of forms:
In the case of a request by the user to contact a property advertisement, the Website collects the surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number and the free message typed by the user. The Website also collects the computer reference of the real estate advertisement.
These data are transmitted by secure computer means to the Company, in order to enable it to contact the user again, to provide more detailed information on the property advert, and to possibly offer a visit to the property advert.
This data is stored in the Company's e-mail software and in the database of the Company's computer software, edited by the sub-contractor mentioned above and hosted by the sub-sub-contractor mentioned above. These two subcontractors are listed in the Subcontractors section. The data is hosted in France.
The Company reserves the right to send real estate advertisements similar to the one for which the User has requested contact. However, the user has the right to modify and delete these mailings.
In order to exercise his/her right to modify and delete these mailings, the user must send an e-mail to the Company.
In the case of a general contact request by the user, the Website collects the Name, First Name, e-mail address, telephone number, and free message entered by the user.
This data is transmitted by secure computer means to the Company, to enable it to contact the user again. This data is stored in the Company's e-mail software.
In the case of a request by the user to register for the e-mail alert service, the Website collects the user's e-mail address. This data is stored in the database of the Website, hosted by the sub-contractor mentioned above, whose details are detailed in the Sub-contractors section.
The user who has registered for the e-mail alert automatically receives property advertisement proposals from the Company. In each e-mail alert sent, a direct unsubscription link is provided at the end of the text, enabling the registered user to exercise his right to be forgotten. By clicking on the unsubscribe link, the user's e-mail address is permanently deleted from the Website's database.
In the case of a request by the user to subscribe to the Newsletter service, the Website collects the user's e-mail address. This data is stored in the website's database, hosted by the sub-contractor mentioned above, whose details are detailed in the Sub-contractors section.
The user who has registered for the Newsletter receives regular electronic messages sent by the Company, concerning information about the Company, real estate, and any related subject. In each newsletter sent, a direct unsubscribe link is provided at the end of the text, allowing the registered user to proceed to his right to be forgotten. By clicking on the unsubscribe link, the user's e-mail address is permanently deleted from the Website's database.
In the case of an application (unsolicited application or response directly to a job offer), the website collects the surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, CV, if applicable the covering letter and the free message entered by the user.
The user, who has filled in one of the two contact forms, has a Right to be forgotten, to request that the sending of real estate advertisement proposals corresponding to his or her searches be stopped. To do so, they must send an e-mail to the Company.
The user, who has filled in one of the two contact forms, has a Right to erasure, to request the pure and simple deletion of his/her personal data. Unless there is a current contract between the user and the Company (lease contract, sales mandate, rental mandate, management mandate, co-ownership syndic mandate, purchase offer, reservation contract, sales agreement) or unless there is an invoice issued by the Company to the user, following a service between the two parties, the Company will proceed with the deletion of the user's personal data as soon as possible, following the sending of this request by e-mail or from the general Contact form of the Website.
In accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/680, the user of the Website who has provided personal data through the use of one of the contact forms, is entitled to request the portability of his/her personal data from the Company.
This request must be made by e-mail or by filling in the general contact form on the Contact page of the Website.
